1 - Once or twice, though must admit only been last month or so that I have actually started using my epeen again. Never bothered with the "turn invisible" feature though so well...doesn't take long for me to figure out the barn door is open.
2 - Depends on the situation, but couple times in RP especially in the presence of higher caste FW I would discretely suggest a warrior put away his slave poker. So most of the time I handle it IC.....unless its an obvious OOC situation. Though there was a time I ran around defending my city buck naked since raiders are so inconsiderate of bath time.
3 - For a time I attempted to forgo the glitch pants and wear the epeen for that more natural look, and well give the women a thrill. Problem was well, either have to tuck it back so far it was more like a hemorrhoid, or stuck out when I walked or certain poses...and modifying the kilts/tunics so epeen or butt didn't poke out made it look silly and was a pain.

So now, yeah I just put it on when I am naked or about to get my freak on. Though tempting to go commando in the hub and see if Ven gets an IM that way.
