All of the above! To varying degrees at varying times.
Kyss has an ongoing storyline that she can trace from the start through many different scenerios.
I love to rp in the fantasy realm of Gor, though time limits me now mostly to rather walk-on character roles.
It works that my Master is a sailor and I can feasibly rp in about any sim.
I am openly submissive in rl, though more D/s then Gorean.
Kyss is pretty much my personality but I am more then able to roll with the role play for the enjoyment of all.
It takes all kinds to make life interesting.

Definitely a storyliner.

A massive mix. Tons of characters; Each of which who subscribe to one of these genres.

My favorite character, however, is a mess.
She engages in really long storylines. The formula for her is "Proper roleplay + No mini-map + Metered combat/Running away + Multiple character involvement + Absurdity".

Most roleplayers would probably end up being a mixture, right?

Yeah so I kind of flip flop. Roleplay is roleplay, and yet occasionally I do think "How would X character have done it". Or how would I have done it.

seconded/thirded/whatever! ;)
I 100% agree, including the statement about the character as part of the own self.
