Maybe, though the idea of a club scripted and then a great scripted weapon is better.

Make it, and let the sims decide if they'll let it be used.

I believe that the damage of a blunt weapon have most to do with the force in the blow. A heavy weapon make more impact and there fore only heavy weapons should do great damage but on the other hand take longer time to swing.

So if you do a small version of a blunt weapon that do great damage I feel that the smaller weapon should do less damage.

I further more believe that metal weapons do more damage than wood or bone so I don’t really want to see any wooden weapon at all do great damage.

A great many things could be used as a quite dangerous weapon. A flying shuttle for instance is heavy, and has sharp metal tips on either end. Fling one of those at you and it will hurt. In fact people have been killed when they have shot off looms.

What else could I find in the mill to use? Tip a bucket of bleach over you? Stab you with dressmaker's shears? Whack you on the head with a roving bobbin (which would make a particularly good club)? Throw a shovel full of burning coals from the steam-engine at you?

To be honest, I'd sooner use some of these things than the traditional dagger.

Go ahead

There is a huge market out there for such a thing. Advertise it to

- Gor evolved sims
- Black leather merc pirate outlaw groups
- Female mercenaries
- The Valkyrie Panther Alliance
- Any other Panther Alliance
- Bond maids
- Noobs
- Ayone else ignorant to Gor

Just don't offer it to serious Gor role players, you might impaled for that :-)

WTF is a serious roleplayer?

Is that like stylish pajama pants?

Tasty water?

Good non alcoholic beer?

a serious roleplayer?

Lady I am a fucking fun roleplayer! God people just don't get it..

They think gor is:
/me sits in the corner staring darkly, mysteriously, darkly mysterious, angry, very fucking angry, "SLAVE BRING YOUR WORTHLESS, PATHETIC ASS OVER HERE, I WILL KEEL YOU." as they sit.. dark, darkly.... darkly mysterious.. angry..

We are here to play, to have fun, to enjoy ourselves, ya know.. I know a few of the "lifestylers" and even they have fun, if you want to be serious go to fucking church, go sit in a cancer ward at a hospital..

Would I be happy if a woman came up behind me and hit me with a club or a hammer, nope.. a rolling pin.. well scratch that, Ed would be unhappy cause he would be asleep.. More then likely he would be angry when he woke up.. though I bet he was drunk and looking to score again so in some way he deserved it..

Does it make someone the dreaded "evolved" because they make something that someone could play with? I mean fuck..

Rhu build what ever you want, you are a cool fucking person to shop from and unlike most weapon builders I won't have to mortgage my lindens or create a stripper alt just to afford a new bow. The worst that could happen is a few admins say no.. and that is their right..

A serious roleplayer..

Sims determine whuch weapons are allowed, its not the job of weapon or meter makers. I'm all for configurable meters and loads of different weapons.

Gor is a very special an unique place. In the rest of the RPing world they are called Godmoders. Here, they are serious.

All kidding aside (Well, nothing that is true can be considered kidding: all CHIDING aside), I WOULD purchase such a weapon, but i would keep it in my inventory until the nearly inevitable cheating happens. Then I would LOVE to have something to combat that AND still not step outside the rules. But... I love my bow and that will always be THE weapon for me.
