Both groups try to get their friends as master assassines in towns and denounce each other.

I think I know all the names which you are referring to and in particular the situation which you referenced in the first group. There are times when it's best to let sleeping dogs lie, as the saying goes. I think this is one of them.

Unless you are part of the Black Caste it's better to not get involved in internal squabbles between Caste members and just go by the sim laws as to what constitutes a valid Assassin and what doesn't. If you don't have laws on your sim pertaining to the Black Caste then just deal with people on an individual basis.
