Seeking Builders - IC and/or OOC

As interim head of the Builders Caste of the proud City of Turia, I am looking for builders that I can train and accept into my Caste.
I play the role both IC and OOC, and ideal candidates should be able to help out with some on-sim building as well, but it is not a hard requirement. They should be able to at least talk the trade, be part of brainstorming sessions and in general: have fun portraying their role.
I am willing to do actual training, both IC and OOC. If you wonder if that is worth the trouble, come take a look at Turia! We have recently opened our sims and are already considering to expand the city.

That would have been the shortest way to chase him away. In every sim there are already dozens of kajirae which jump on visiting men. We must show we are above such needs.
